01 / Account rules

Keep your account yours.

Registration details must be accurate, current, and tied to the person using the account. One account per player keeps records clear.

Use one personal account.
Create and maintain one account for your own play. Duplicate accounts may be closed after review.
Give accurate information.
Your name, age confirmation, location, and contact details must remain truthful while you use Comet Unbox LLC.
Protect your sign-in details.
Choose a strong password and tell support promptly if you see activity you do not recognise. Keep it secure.
Do not share access or payment details.
Account sharing and the use of another player's payment method are prohibited unless the payment owner has authorised the transaction and the law allows it.

02 / Acceptable use

Play within the rules.

Community features work when players treat one another fairly. Moderation may restrict access when conduct threatens other players or platform integrity.

Use approved tools only.

Accessibility tools and features identified by Comet Unbox LLC are allowed when they do not alter box openings, records, or outcomes.

No unauthorised automation.

Bots, scripts, scraping, and automated opening outside approved tools can lead to suspension and removal of affected activity.

No abusive community conduct.

Threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, and repeated disruptive messages are not accepted in chat, profiles, or shared spaces.

Do not manipulate outcomes.

Attempts to interfere with odds, transaction records, account systems, or collection data are prohibited.

Represent campaigns honestly.

Creators and partners must disclose their relationship with Comet Unbox LLC and must not make claims that misstate box contents or platform rules.

Keep records accurate.

Report suspected account or transaction errors through support instead of trying to correct records through repeated activity.

03 / Payment terms

Know what each transaction covers.

Prices, bundle totals, and transaction records appear before confirmation. Set a personal spending limit before you play.
